At FitNest Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.

Returns Policy

  • Eligibility: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., yoga mats, resistance bands) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at fitnest@fitnestgear.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely, include the RAN, and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and specify the replacement product you’d like.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at fitnest@fitnestgear.com with photos of the issue. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
